Farmers Mutual offers online payment for our policyholders. Policyholders can use our secure site to access our payment screen. Then they must provide their bank routing number and bank account. Then they can make a one-time payment or they can be set up for recurring payments. We do not accept credit cards.

Providing Paperless Statement Processing Option For Our Policyholders

Farmers Mutual has “Paperless Statements” available. Once you enroll for paperless statements, Farmers Mutual will stop sending the insured paper renewals, installment notices, final reminders and other documents.

Our Homeowner’s Program is designed to insure your home and personal property. We insure under three forms, the HO-1, HO-2 and HO-3. This program also insures other structures on your premises, such as a garage or outbuilding. Our underwriters can increase coverage on these structures for an additional premium, ensuring the structure is properly valued in the event of loss. Our agents are trained to determine which form your home qualifies for.

Our Our program covers single wide or double wide homes, and we have policies that cover old or new mobile homes. Farmers Mutual realizes that porches, decks and room additions increase the value of your home, and our underwriters add the value of these items to your home, insuring you are properly covered in the event of a loss.We also insure car ports, detached garages, sheds and outbuildings on your premises as part of these policies.

We insure renters personal property under a HO-4 form. This policy insures far more than just your belongings. It also provides for additional living costs in case of a covered loss where the dwelling you rent is made uninhabitable. This means we can put you into housing for a reasonable time until the dwelling is made fit for use or your household is permanently relocated.

Our Dwelling Fire Program provides quality coverage at affordable rates. This program insures under a Basic Form or a Broad Form. Our experienced agents can help you determine which form fits the unique needs of your property.

Our Seasonal Dwelling Program offers competitive rates and excellent coverage. Unlike most companies, we will insure a seasonal dwelling even if we do not insure the primary residence of a client, making the program available to in state residents and out of state residents who own vacation homes in West Virginia.
