Commercial General Liability Program

Farmers Mutual Insurance Company recognizes this, and proudly offers Commercial General Liability Insurance. This program affords coverage for numerous types of commercial interests. Several types of liability coverage are included with the policy. One coverage is Bodily Injury liability, which pays for bodily injury to others caused by your negligence. Property Damage liability coverage takes care of Property Damage to others if you are negligent.
	Medical Payments coverage applies to medical bills for those injured on premises owned or rented by you, as well as those injuries arising out of your operations. Products and Completed Operations Liability covers you for claims made from products sold, manufactured, handled or distributed, or operations that are complete. This occurs after a product is sold or possession of it has been relinquished by you.
Fire Legal Liability covers you for damage to buildings that you rent if the damage is caused by fire which you are legally liable for.
Your Farmers Mutual agent can work with you to determine your exact needs. The program is flexible, and coverage can be purchased for liability only, with no property coverage, or property only, with no liability coverage. We offer actual cash value coverage or replacement cost coverage. The choice is yours, and there are other optional coverages such as Personal and Advertising Injury available for an additional premium.
